Learn how to drive a Boat on the Parramatta River!
The Parramatta river flows southward with a number of creeks and weirs attached to the river. There are many parklands and walkways open to the public and in some areas, there are accessible beaches on the river.
The river is known to have many wharfs as the Parramatta river Catt travels upstream and downstream to transport thousands of people who commute for work, leisure and day to day activities.
The river is popular for fishing and a day out on the boat as it connects to Port Jackson. You can get a magnificent view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House whilst on the river. Get your boat licence in Ryde!

Parking Spaces:
Whilst there is plenty of parking, please ensure you park at designated car spots and not in a car and trailer bay. Parking is free for all patrons. There are construction material and equipment onsite for construction works conducted during the week. This should not impede in your ability to park your car.
Meeting Location:
We will be meeting at Ermington Boat ramp. Make your way down to the wharf to meet our EZ Boating trainer. You will see us launching the vessel or waiting at the wharf ready for your practical class.
Venue Amenities:
There are public toilets available at the boat ramp. If you wish to use the toilets, please do so early as there are no toilets onboard our vessel. There are no options for coffee/food at the boat ramp.

You will have plenty of free parking on site.
Meeting Location:
We will meet you inside the Golf Club. You will need to sign in at reception and ask them for the EZ Boating course. If there is no one at reception, make your way into the venue and approach the room in the corner on the Eastern side of the building.
Venue Amenities:
You can enjoy a meal using the on-site restaurant for your lunch break, get some take-away food nearby or BYO food. There are plenty of bathrooms onsite.
