Learn how to drive a Boat on the Nepean River!
The Nepean river is the life line for water supply to the 5 million Sydney residents. The Warragamba Dam is the Nepeans main tributary. The river has 11 weirs that regulate the natural flow of the river, hence being a non-tidal waterway.
The river is home to some amazing Gorges accessible via boat. A great way to wind down and soak in the serene environment of rocks, water and local fauna and flora.
Get a boat or Jet Ski licence in Penrith. This location is great for anyone living in Emu Plains, Glenbrook, Blue Mountains, St Mary’s, Katoomba, Lithgow and surrounding suburbs.

Parking Spaces:
Whilst there is plenty of parking, please ensure you park at designated car spots and not in a car and trailer bay. Parking is free for all patrons.
Meeting Location:
We will be meeting at Tench Reserve Boat ramp. Make your way down to the wharf to meet our EZ Boating trainer. You will see us launching the vessel or waiting at the wharf ready for your practical class.
Venue Amenities:
There are public toilets available at the park, however can be a little bit of a walk from the boat ramp. Do go early if you wish to use the toilets before your course. There are nearby cafes across the boat ramp.

Parking Spaces:
You will have plenty of free parking on site. Alternatively there is also plenty of street parking outside the venue.
Meeting Location:
We will meet you at the Castlereigh room at the Nepean Shores near the Tennis courts. You may ask reception for the EZ Boating course and they will give you directions to the room. In the rare occasion, we may be in the Hawkesbury room by the pool side.
Venue Amenities:
There are no on-site restaurants for your lunch break. We recommend you BYO food. There are vending machines on-site for some treats and drinks. There are plenty of bathrooms onsite.
