Fees and Refund Policy

Superyacht Crew Academy / Club Sail ABN 1907 7443 157 is an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) approved by NSW Maritime for practical boat training and/or knowledge testing for the NSW general boat driving licence and PWC driving licence. EZ Boating Pty Ltd (ABN 14 677 729 761) conducts services on behalf of Superyacht Crew Academy.

EZ Boating operates independently under its own branding and trademarks. All student fees, whether for enrollments or gift vouchers, are exclusively handled by EZ Boating. EZ Boating Pty Ltd receives all direct payments from students made on our website.

Refunds are not available if you are unable to attend the course. However, with at least 2 business days notice, you can transfer your booking and payment to another date or person (maximum 2 transfers).

If we cancel a course for any reason, you have the choice of transferring to another course or receiving a full refund.

If a payment made to us through your credit card, Paypal account, or any other method was unauthorized and you notify us before the course begins, we will issue a full refund. If someone attends the course using your payment, we consider the service delivered. In such cases, you should seek advice from Consumer Affairs regarding further options for resolution.
